Excellent arrangement! Beautiful work!! Thank you;)

I put in my order earlier in the day, and received confirmation that the order was received for delivery that day. How ever, as I got off work, I noticed that my order was never delivered, and by now it was reaching 7:00p. I live only 5 minutes driving away from the shop, and as I was on my way home from work, thought I would stop at the store to question why the delivery charge if I live that close and ask what happened to my delivery. When I arrived, I asked about my order, and why the delivery charge as I live only 5 or so minutes away on Hollywood Way. They looked and came back to me asking when did I put my order in as they have no record of the order. I explained that I had put in my order around 1:00p and that I had confirmation via email that the order was received. The young man that was helping me goes in the back and comes out again saying they have no record of the order. At this point expecting this, I had already brought up the order confirmation on my phone to show him. He quickly rushes to the back and asks another young man about the order, in which case they respond they have nothing. I was mortified as this was a gift for my wife for our 9th year anniversary, however I understood as it was the day before the busiest day of the year for giving flowers...Valentines day. The original young man was more than apologetic and offered to make the order right then and there and have the driver follow me to make the delivery. I explained that I understood that it was a busy day for them and that was not necessary, I will just take the flowers with me when I left. He went into the back and I walked around the store browsing and waiting. When the young man comes back out apologizing again. He looks at the picture again and starts talking about what I had ordered, and begins to offer me something else...At this moment I am thinking that the shop does not have anymore of the flowers I ordered available...He explains to me that these are just cut flowers and offers me some of the same flowers that were a part of my arrangement in a potted version. Long story short, they really tried to help in lieu of their mistake, and gave me a potted arrangement that was way more than what I ordered and called it even. Yes it was not what I wanted, but it was the thought of the staff that counts. At least this way, the arrangement will last longer than the cut version and will give vibrant display in our home for a longer time...Thank you TLF staff...Thank you...

Thank you SOOOOOOOO much! You guys are always amazing. Mark and Steve are my guys! Best ever and always smiling. I have been blessed to have found the love of my life and having you guys to buys flowers weekly, monthly or on any special occasion is so amazing. :)
