To be fair, I have mixed feelings regarding this experience. I ordered a Market Fresh Blooms (Deluxe) arrangement and even though the person I sent it to was very happy with it, what she received had nothing to do with the promo image. I understand that flowers that are used depend on the season and that this particular arrangement involves a surprise factor. However, I ordered that bouquet also because it came in a beautiful cube-shaped glass vase, which didn't arrive. I read in the 'Substitution Policy' that this may happen and that the basket that was sent has the same value as the vase, but the presentation differs big time. Just keep this in mind if you’re placing an order.
The flowers were delivered within hours of me ordering them. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and very much loved by the person I sent them to. Thank you for making everything work out so perfectly!
